This policy applies to all purchases made through The Himalayan Boutique. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, including change-of-mind returns.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above return conditions.

Please note: Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene or other reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated in our Return Policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary between 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos (if applicable).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
