Shipping Policy
Order processing and verification typically takes 1–3 business days depending on demand levels.
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $300 AUD
- Flat rate $15 AUD on orders under $300 AUD
- Local pick-up available by appointment only
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, along with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.
Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items or addresses in the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Addresses
If you realise you have submitted an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via our Contact page. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue. For lost packages, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
